1. Will Email Spy Pro work on my computer?
No special requirements for hardware or software.
If monitored computer can run Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP operating systems, the Email Spy Pro will run as well.
The computer on which you read the e-mails sent by Email Spy Pro can be ANY computer, including Windows, Macintosh, Unix, Linux and Sun. The only requirement for the receiving computer is that that secret email account must have sufficient Inbox storage space to receive all the emails from the monitored computer.

2. How much disk space does Email Spy Pro take?
Email Spy Pro takes about 0.4 megabytes disk space ONLY. Because program forward captured emails immediately when monitored user sends own emails, NO additional disk space for captured emails will be required.

3. How do I hide Email Spy Pro operation from other users?
You simply have to go to program stealth mode. After that Email Spy Pro does not show up as an icon/shortcut, does not appear in the Windows system tray, does not appear in Windows Programs, does not show up in the Windows task list, does not show up in the Add/Remove Programs menu of Windows Control Panel. Furthermore Email Spy Pro does not slow down the operation of the computer, does not initiate connection to the Internet and will only forward captured emails when the monitored user already connected to the Internet and sends own emails.

Email Spy Pro sends captured emails immediately when monitored user sends own emails.

5. Program is in stealth mode and hotkey is disabled. How do I start Email Spy Pro Control Panel now?
You have to simply to run setup.exe file from downloaded program package and Email Spy Pro Control Panel will be started.

6. How can I disable Email Spy Pro password?
To disable existent password you have to run Email Spy Pro Control Panel, choose Security tab and click to Change button. Then simply click to OK to confirm empty password.
Important note: We strongly recommend don't disable program access password.

You have to run Email Spy Pro Control Panel, click to Help menu and choose About item.

You have to run Email Spy Pro Control Panel and click to Email Spy is active checkbox to enable or disable program work. That option will work after Windows restart only.

12. I got warning message: "Number of installed licenses was exceeded". What now?
There are two ways to resolve that problem:
1) Uninstall all superfluous Email Spy Pro copies so that number of installed copies corresponds to number of purchased licenses. Then restart computers (where licensed copies are installed) to recover normal work of Email Spy Pro.
2) Purchase additional program licenses and reregister all really installed copies by new registration key.

13. Can I purchase single license of Email Spy Pro and install it on two or more computers?
No, because Email Spy Pro will not work in that case and what is more you will break our Software License Agreement.

14. I forgot Email Spy Pro access password. How do I resolve that problem now?
If you are unregistered user you could click to No or Uninstall buttons within program warning messages to uninstall Email Spy Pro. After Windows restart you can reinstall program again and assign new access password to continue Email Spy Pro trial and evaluation.

15. What is difference between Email Spy Pro and Email Spy products?
Email Spy Pro is classic Email Spy product plus Outgoing Emails Blacklist and Forced SMTP Server features.
