Personal
firewall bypass
Unique feature of Email Spy Pro is bypass of personal
firewall software, like Zone Alarm, Norton Personal
Firewall and other similar (i.e. personal firewall,
installed on monitored computer, can't detect Email
Spy operation). Personal Firewall Software protects
monitored user from malicious programs, like Spy software
and Trojan horses, by allowing him to control his
computer's Internet traffic and how applications access
the Internet. When any application on monitored computer
tries to access the Internet, personal firewall makes
sure it has user's permission first. This lets monitored
user ensure that a rogue program will not sneak his
important data out onto the Internet. Personal Firewall
Software is very affective security tool and used
by most of computer users today.

Outgoing emails full control
Example 1:
While Alice sends email to Bob (by using usual email client software like Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora, Pegasus, The Bat! or similar), Email Spy Pro invisibly captures and sends exact copy of Alice's email to your secret email address as well. Actually you will receive Alice's email copy almost simultaneously with Bob. |
|
 |
|
Example 2:
You have used "Don't send emails to real recipient" program option. Now while Alice sends email to Bob, Email Spy Pro invisibly captures and sends exact copy of Alice's email to your secret email address ONLY. Bob will not receive Alice's email at all if you will not decide to resend Alice's email to him (after your review of course).
That example is very appropriated for companies trying to prevent leakage of trade/industrial secrets or intellectual property via SMTP-based email. In contrast to first example company really will stop information leakage via email. |

|
Outgoing
emails blacklist
Email Spy Pro blacklist option allows you to set flexible
rules for outgoing emails of monitored computers (e.g.
allows/forbids emails sending to specified addresses
only). That feature is very appropriate for small and
middle companies, which don't have own dedicated email
server.
|
Example
1:
For that case all users from monitored computers can
send emails to company and company partner email addresses
only and can't send emails on behalf of company boss
email address. Sending to all other emails addresses
will be prohibited but monitored users will not know
about that and they will not get any warning or error
messages at that because Email Spy Pro operation is
invisible. At the same time absolutely all SMTP-based
outgoing emails from monitored computers (including
all prohibited) will be sent to your secret email address.

|
 |
|
Example
2:
For that case monitored user can't send emails to competitors
email addresses and can send all emails on behalf of
own email address ONLY. Sending to all other email address
will be allowed but sending on behalf of all other email
addresses will be prohibited. At the same time absolutely
all SMTP-based outgoing emails of monitored user (including
all prohibited) will be sent to your secret email address.

Forced SMTP server
There is unique possibility to send all SMTP-based emails from monitored computer via forced SMTP mail server only. For example your company uses own SMTP server with installed anti-virus or keywords filtering software. In such case Email Spy Pro being installed to each company workstation will guarantee that all SMTP-based emails will be processed by software installed on server.
